Willie & Eileen Oxendine Osbourne Endowed Nursing Scholarship

The recipients(s) of the WIllie & Eileen Oxendine Osbourne Endowed Nursing Scholarship will be a full-time nursing students(s) who are North Carolina residents. The Donor(s) preference is the recipient(s) be from Robeson or Columbus County, North Carolina. If there are no eligible applicants from those counties, then southeastern North Carolina is preferred. The scholarship is renewable. If there are no applicants that meet the above requirements, the Office of Financial Aid my make an award to the applicant that most closely meets the requirements.
