NC Department of Transportation HBCU/MIHE Scholarship Program

The Office of HBCU (Historically Black Colleges and Universities) Outreach is excited to announce funding to support students at our North Carolina HBCUs/MSI (Minority Serving Institutions) with a scholarship opportunity with our NCDOT HBCUs/MSI Transportation Scholarship Program.

This program is designed to help foster new and diverse transportation professionals by helping students at NC HBCUs/MSI matriculate through college. The program provides assistance to help cover the cost for highly motivated future transportation professionals and leaders who are pursuing their undergraduate and master degrees.
