John Winston and Addie M. Locklear Scholarship

The scholarship was established by loving family members in memory of John Winston and Addie Mae Locklear, parents who believed in the value of education. It is available to all majors with a 3.0 GPA or better. The recipient must be a North Carolina resident and a full time student. The award is renewable annually.
