Lumbee River EMC

Lumbee River EMC established a scholarship program more than 30 years ago out of the desire to help students who otherwise might not have the opportunity to continue their education. Since the program began, Lumbee River EMC has provided educational funds for students attending North Carolina State University, The University of North Carolina at Wilmington, East Carolina University, NC A&T, Wingate, The University of North Carolina at Pembroke and many more. As part of Lumbee River EMC’s commitment to our community, we are pleased to offer seven scholarships to area students.

Eligibility: The entrant must be a member of Lumbee River EMC or the child/legal ward of a member that lives on our lines. Therefore, if your parents are Lumbee River EMC members (the account must be in their name), regardless of residency, you are eligible
