The Robeson County Hebrew Congregation Endowment For The Promotion of Racial Harmony

The Donors wish to establish this endowed fund to help sponsor a speaker series that will address students at the campus of The University of North Carolina at Pembroke on subjects and issues of racial tolerance, bigotry and discrimination and that promote harmony among races, cultures and nationalities. Selection of the speaker shall be administered through the Office of Student Activities in conjunction with the Freshman Seminar Office and the Office of Minority Affairs. The funds are intended to supplement the Office of Student activities budget for speaker events promoted to students at UNCP and not for promotion to the public. However, the office of student activities may promote to, and invite students from other UNC institutions to attend these speaker events.
