Larry Marshal Townsend Endowed Scholarship

The Larry Marshal Townsend Endowed Scholarship will be awarded to a full time undergraduate student pursuing a degree is Political Science, Criminal Justice, American Indian Studies or Education. The recipient will be a graduate of a high school in Robeson County, North Carolina. The recipient will be member of a state or federally organized tribe with preference for an enrolled member in the Lumbee Tribe. The recipient will have a minimum GPA requirement of 3.0, in their junior or senior year of study, and demonstrate financial need. The scholarship will be renewable as long as the above criteria is met. The Larry Marshal Townsend Endowed Scholarship will be awarded in the spring.
