Lacey E. Gane Athletic Scholarship

The scholarship was established by the friends of Lacey E. Gane in honor of his many accomplishments and contributions. He contributed greatly to the success of the UNCP Athletic Program as golf coach, basketball coach and athletic director. The scholarship will be awarded to full-time student athletes who are eligible under NCAA academic requirements. The scholarship will alternate each year between golf and basketball. It is available to students of any year of study.
