NIEA Rosa Revels Winfree Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Candidate for award of this scholarship shall be member of a state or federally recognized tribe, resident of North Carolina, in the junior year of study, working toward a degree in Education. The candidate may be of full- or part-time status, must maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA, and must be of demonstrated financial need.
