Gary Spitler Memorial Scholarship

The Donor’s gift will be awarded annually to a student assistant sports information director enrolled at Pembroke State University (Now UNC Pembroke). The student will maintain acceptable University standards of academic performance and be a full-time student. The scholarship will be awarded in the fall and paid equally in the fall and spring. The Director of the athletics department and the sports information director will be responsible for recipient selection. The award may be renewed.
