Charles Wesley Maynor Endowed Scholarship

Sherry and Cory Watson established this endowed scholarship in memory of Sherry’s grandfather Charles Wesley Maynor, who was the first four0year graduate of the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. Sherry and Cory seek to support a deserving student-athlete with first preference to a student-athlete majoring in Education. The Athletics department at the University will manage the scholarship recipient selection in coordination with the School of Education.
